CPI collects the following categories of data from candidates, partners and website visitors:
- Identity data: Full name, date of birth, gender, photograph
- Contact data: Mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, home address
- Professional data: Qualifications, work experience, employment history, skills, languages
- Document data: Passport number and expiry, nursing licence number, educational certificates (stored securely)
- Financial data: Payment method used for CPI service fee (we do not store card numbers)
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited on our website (collected via analytics)
2. How We Use Your Data
- To match you with suitable overseas job opportunities
- To facilitate employer interviews and introductions
- To assist with visa and work permit applications
- To communicate with you about your application status via WhatsApp, SMS and email
- To conduct due diligence and verify your qualifications
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- To improve our services through anonymised analytics
3. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your personal data only in the following circumstances:
- Employers: Only with employers who have a verified job opening that matches your profile — and only once you have agreed to be presented for that role.
- Visa authorities: Your data is submitted to embassies, high commissions and immigration authorities as required for your visa application.
- CPI counsellors: Authorised CPI counsellors and RMs who are directly working on your placement.
- Service providers: Document attestation agencies, medical examination centres and travel agents engaged by CPI — all bound by confidentiality agreements.
We never sell, rent or share your data with third-party advertisers, data brokers or unaffiliated recruitment agencies.
4. Data Security
Candidate data is stored in our secure CRM system with role-based access controls. Only authorised staff can access individual candidate records. All data is stored on servers in India and is encrypted in transit.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
